Our Partners

As a form of human resource development and community service, we collaborate with many national and international partners who are equally engaged in improving reproductive health, family planning and maternal and child health in Indonesia. We are also one of the initiators of ICIFPRH (International Conference on Family Planning and Reproductive Health in Indonesia) which is the result of collaboration with several GOs and NGOs to discuss family planning and reproductive health issues in order to reduce maternal mortality and improve welfare. family in Indonesia.

Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health is America's first and largest school of Public Health. Since it was founded in 1916 by William H. Welch and John D. Rockefeller, until now JHU continues to develop in its research to keep up with global developments. Collaboration between JHU and Kespro UGM began in 2015. Several projects that have been carried out together include PMA and those that are still ongoing today are I-NAMHS and GEAS.

The United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund is an organization founded by the United Nations or UN (United Nation) in 1953 to cover the needs of children, especially in developing countries. Unicef currently works in more than 190 countries and regions to help lives, protect rights and help children fulfill their potential, from childhood to adolescence. Since 2021, the UGM Community Development Center has been involved in producing UNICEF's annual report entitled "The State of the World".

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is an agency formed by the United Nations which is engaged in efforts to improve reproductive health and maternal health throughout the world. UNFPA works in 144 countries in 4 regions: Arabia and Europe, Asia and the Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean, and sub-Saharan Africa. UNFPA is collaborating with the UGM Prosperity Center, BKKBN, and the Ministry of State Secretariat in the training "International Training on Comprehensive Right-Based Family Planning."

THINKWELL

Thinkwell is an organization that focuses on developing health systems in helping developing countries achieve universal health coverage (UHC). Thinkwell and the UGM Kespro Center are collaborating on the "Strategic Purchasing for Primary Health Care" project which aims to increase access to contraception in primary health care.

UCD DUBLIN

UCD DUBLIN

University College Dublin (UCD) is one of Europe's leading research universities; has a supportive environment for undergraduate, master's and PhD education, research, innovation and a community that works together to build dynamic activities. UCD and Kespro UGM partner especially in the fields of education and research. One of them is the European Union Horizon 2020 Program, which is a researcher exchange and joint research program. Apart from that, there is also collaboration in the research "Adolescent's Resilience in Urban Settings" which is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

NOHA

NOHA (Network on Humanitarian Action) is an international association of universities whose aim is to increase professionalism in the humanitarian sector through education and training, research and publications, and projects. UGM is one of NOHA's partner institutions which collaborates in exchange activities for students, lecturers and researchers, especially in education about humanity, and collaborates in publications, academic programs and research projects.

Rutgers International is an organization from the Netherlands that works in the field of sexual and reproductive health. Rutgers has worked for more than 50 years to champion the freedom to enjoy sexuality and relationships, with respect for each other. Rutgers has several partners working together on the project. One of the international projects initiated by Rutgers is "Explore 4 Action" and the UGM Prosperity Center has a role as a researcher who evaluates the impact of programs designed by Rutgers.

BKKBN

National Family Planning Coordination Materials (BKKBN) were formed based on Presidential Decree no. 8 of 1970 as implementer of the national family planning (KB) program during the New Order era. In carrying out the task of controlling the population and organizing family planning, BKKBN collaborates with several local and international agencies that work in the field of family planning (famplan), one of which is Kespro UGM.

RUTGERS WPF INDONESIA

RUTGERS WPF INDONESIA

Rutgers WPF was originally the World Population Foundation and has been working since 1997. In 2010, WPF merged with Rutgers Nisso and became Rutgers WPF Indonesia. This merger occurred as both organizations have the same ideals: Improving the quality of human life and eliminating violence. Rutgers collaborates with the Center for Prosperity, especially on reproductive health issues for adolescents. One of the projects currently being worked on together is "Explore 4 Action"; where Rutgers WPF implements the program and the UGM Center for Prosperity evaluates the impact of the program.

PKBI

Founded on 23 December 1957, the Indonesian Family Planning Association (PKBI) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that pioneered the Family Planning movement in Indonesia. PKBI currently continues to be consistent and innovate in fighting for sexual and reproductive health rights for the entire community, especially for marginalized groups. PKBI is a partner of the UGM Prosperity Center in the "Explore 4 Action" (E4A) project which has been ongoing since 2018. PKBI and Rutgers WPF are the bodies that help implement the E4A programs.
